In response to the oppression and injustice of the black community, Marvin Gaye gave voice to his frustration when he sang the lyrics "Oh make me wanna holla and throw up both my hands. Yeah, make me wanna holla."  Tisa's Rants & Musings was birthed out of this same frustration and as such is giving voice to it as well, just in a less melodic way!
